ARMM™ (Active Rhythm Music Meditation) is a focused program which integrates guided somatic movement meditation, therapeutic Rhythm/Sound techniques, Generative Change/Trance practices, and the TaKeTiNa Rhythm; combined to assist in paving the way for inner resilience, mindfulness, and restoration.ARMM™ is specifically designed to open the doorway to the creative consciousness, where you can explore your own personal focus or point of concentration: be it for your health and well-being, personal/professional goals, or to re-ignite creative states for all aspects of your life!
‘Join me in this 6 week focused series for deep restoration, goal setting and creative exploration…’ – Tania Bosak
ARMM™ SCHEDULE & WEEKLY THEMES
18th Oct complimentary session 1 hour (for those who book the x6 Zoom pack in advance)
All sessions times are Sunday 6.30pm to 8.00pm Australian Eastern Time (AET) OR 9.30 am -11.00am Central European Time (CET) Sessions run for 90 minutes
Each week we will dive into ‘CHANGE’, through focused weekly themes, uniquely combining the modalities listed below. The movement component of ARMM is designed to be non-strenuous, and includes stepping, gentle stretching, breath combined with movement, body in rhythm/stepping and clapping (TaKeTiNa), and PULSEdrum™ meditation (drumming and movement). ARMM sessions shift between dynamic movement and creative rest states. No rhythm/drumming or meditation experience is necessary to join ARMM sessions. The program is open to casual attendance.
Although all sessions cross over, and will allow you to ‘work’ on your specific focus, if you are only able to attend 1 or 2 sessions, use this key for deciding which session might be best suited to your needs.

THE ARMM™ MODALITIES
Generative Change (As developed by Stephen Gilligan & Robert Dilts) Generative Change is a practice with roots in Ericksonian hypnotherapy. By working with ‘hypnotic states’ we awaken states of creativity, build inner resilience, and “generate” something new. By working with the creative consciousness we also awaken our ability to self-generate solutions, develop life long tools for utilising our inner resources for self-awareness, healing, and changing our own reality. In ARMM programs we actively work with these methods and processes which include, metaphor, story-telling, somatic movement, and guided meditation.
PULSEdrum™ PULSEdrum™ meditations include simulataneous stepping, voice and drumming journeys with drums and rattles. (if you don’t have a drum/rattle we will use the body, and play for you! No drumming experience is necessary for these sessions). Ideal drums if you have them are lightweight frame drums, so you can move freely.
TaKeTiNa Rhythm Process (As Developed By Reinhard Flatischler) TaKeTiNa Rhythm Process (As Developed By Reinhard Flatischler) TaKeTiNa is a rhythm meditation process where the body becomes the instrument. Polyrhythm and cross rhythm journeys are guided through the voice, stepping and clapping, and invite states of timelessness and deep rhythmic flow. As the full process can only be delivered in a live group setting, Tania combines elements of TaKeTiNa in the ARMM, which form a foundation for ‘take’away’ personal rhythm meditation practice. Tania offers the full process LIVE only and in intensive 2 to 5 day retreat formats.
Somatic Mindfulness & Meditation ARMM utilises non-dualistic practices in a bottom-up process – from sensing, feeling, listening and gentle movement when working with mindfulness and meditation practices. By observing the ‘active mind’ through mindfulness practice, we develop more mental clarity, which enable us to bridge our way to meditation states of inner calm, peace, and emptiness. Within an ARMM we approach these two different methods through the body, breath and in rhythm.
Vibrational Medicine, Cymatics, Sound Therapy ARMM programs work actively with the emerging science of cymatics, sound and vibration for healing and entering deep states of rest. Voice, sound, metaphor, story… in these phases during active rest, creative states open up, and you may find your body needs some much needed deep restorative sleep!
