This TaKeTiNa Rhythm and Mindfulness workshop invites you to embark on a practical journey towards personal growth and change, aligning your thoughts, emotions, and actions with your true aspirations, through rhythm and play.. MINDFULNESS IN RHYTHM + MOTION is where we embrace generative states, understand unproductive habits and embrace a more positive, resilient, and authentic self.

In contrast to the often stagnant and uninspiring states that can leave you feeling stuck and overwhelmed, generative states offer a fresh perspective, where new possibilities emerge. In this state, we can tap into our creative consciousness to tackle challenges, ignite creativity, and reach our full potential  – Tania Bosak

ABOUT the TaKeTiNa Rhythm Process

as developed by Reinhard Flatischler

TaKeTiNa is one of the most efficient learning methods available today. It is a process for activating human and musical potential through rhythm, and a path in which musical learning always goes hand in hand with personal development. As a pure rhythm and meditation process, TaKeTiNa requires no musical experience and is an extremely playful and joyous way of entering into the archetypal foundations of rhythms that exist in all music. Complex poly-rhythms and cross-rhythms form the basis of the process as it utilizes the body by stepping, clapping and singing to generate a complex and rich rhythmic choir which leads participants into states of relaxation, inner presence, and awareness. The process presents opportunities for fun, spontaneity, self-observation, musical expression, reflection and time to rest.
